Extreme Weather Protocol

When typhoon signal No. 8 or above or the Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory, all classes will be switched to online and will not be rescheduled. All in-person classes will resume 2 hours after extreme weather signals are lowered or cancelled.

When typhoon signal T1/T3 or the Yellow/Red Rainstorm Warning is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory, all classes will remain as scheduled.
Class cancellation/Make-up class arrangement

Classes can only be cancelled during Summer, Christmas, Easter and Chinese Lunar New Year holidays

Students who request absence must inform the Centre at least 3 hours prior to the beginning of class. Make-up lessons will not be arranged for students who fail to do so. If absence is due to sickness, a doctor’s note must be provided.
